this is not complete only have 4 little things that do not have a magnet. no way to attached to the roof.very bad product.

Sorry this one didn't work out for your setup. This kit is designed to bolt directly to a roof rack's crossbars, so it doesn't include magnets. Amazing quality. Did not give an exact model case that it would fit on. But right out of the box it was spot on. I use my mount on different vehicles and, the whistle was about to push me over the edge. Then after many excruciating hours searching I found your product. Love it can’t say enough.
great design! The install was easy. I had one nut/bolt that was stripped, but Striker replaced it quick and easy.
the magnets are super strong. I was worried rougher roads might be able to vibrate the unit and it might come loose. NO WAY, its not going anywhere.
The outlet was clean and sturdy it fits snugly into the hole I cut into side of the rig..
The only credit center so I have is the plugging in and removing the starting cable is a little bit tight a little bit too tight because I'm afraid it's going to pull the plug right out of the rig.
Considering using some kind of lubrication on the plug so it's not so tight

Following up: We dug into this and found the issue wasn't a tight fit. The weather seal was creating suction inside the outlet, which is what made the plug so hard to pull out.
We've updated the design with a couple of very small vent holes on the inside of the part. That eliminates the suction while keeping the weather tight seal intact.
An updated part is on its way to you. Thanks again for the detailed feedback, it led directly to a better product.

This thing is solid! Almost felt like it was a bit overkill but it was perfect. Mounted the dish on my 2022 Cascadia big rig truck.
