How to Mount Starlink Mini on a Sprinter Van Roof Rack

Adding Starlink Mini to your Sprinter is one of the best upgrades for staying connected on the road. Here's how to mount it cleanly and securely.

What you'll need

  • Striker Mount for Starlink Mini
  • A roof rack or 80/20 crossbars (our Sprinter 80/20 Roof Rack Kit works great)
  • DC or USB-C power adapter to run the dish

Step 1 — Pick your mounting spot. Choose a flat, unobstructed area of the roof with a clear view of the sky. Toward the front or center of the rack keeps the cable run short.

Step 2 — Attach the mount. The Striker Mount bolts directly to 1", 1.5", or Leitner crossbars using the included stainless hardware. For a low-profile setup, add our Low-Profile Adapters so the dish sits tight to the rack.

Step 3 — Secure the dish. Drop the Starlink Mini into the mount. Add the magnet kit for quick-release use, or the polycarbonate shield for extra protection against hail and debris.

Step 4 — Run power. Route a DC power adapter to your 12V system, or use the USB-C adapter from a power bank. Our DC Outlet gives you a clean, permanent connection point inside the van.

Step 5 — Add security (optional). In areas where theft is a concern, our security tether locks the dish to the mount.

That's it — you're ready for in-motion internet anywhere your Sprinter goes.
