Refund policy
All Sales Final on International Orders
14-Day Return Window:
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Please ensure careful packaging, as we cannot resell used or damaged products. "Open Box" items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their item. All shipping costs to and from the customer are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@strikerfab.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your items.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within [number of days, e.g., 5] business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days, e.g., 7-10] business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at orders@strikerfab.com.
